Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must reach us within 14 days of being posted.
Products must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.
Returned items will be issued a refund for the Item amount only.
Items that have been used, damaged or returned without suitable packaging may not be eligible for a full item refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Order number
Delivery address
A photograph clearly showing the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for your payment provider to process the refund.
